Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen, a Vietnamese American businesswoman, lives in Orange County California. I have a lovely fiance called JP along with a very unhappy dad Henry. My Instagram account @annephung is where I am most popular with my followers. I write about my day-to-day life, both the good and the bad. The year 1990 was the time I moved to America with my brothers and my parents at the age of one and half. Without my parents' passion for dedication and hard work, I probably wouldn't even be here sharing my experiences. To give them an opportunity to live a prosperous future, I focused on achieving success and put in the effort to get there. My goals were set: I would study at university, land work in a corporate, marry and buy an apartment. The lifestyle I had planned for me was not what it was. It was the money and status of my position were not enough to make me content. It was as if I wasted my life for an income. In my search for this new career path and discovered I loved fitness. I also loved socializing as well as helping others. In 2014, I launched my small-scale business. My company is celebrating its 7th anniversary in 2021. Since I am an Asian woman in the industry, it is rare to find women like us. In the coaching industry, I want to be a positive influence through providing high-quality training that will help others become healthier and more content. Also, I want others to be empowered to follow their goals and accomplish whatever they desire in life. My career really took off because I experienced the greatest successful times of my life. My mother passed away just when my professional career started to slow off. She won her eight year fight against the illness and is now in Heaven and is with me in my thoughts and my heart all the time. The lessons we learn from life are often hidden from us yet they can prove highly valuable. The passing of my mom transformed me in so many ways and I'm convinced she provided me a second chance at life. In the morning of Tet/Lunar New Year Day, she passed away. This was the time for her move to her next chapter and for me to have the chance to live a fulfilling and meaningful life. As I enter my 30's, I feel alive and aware I truly feel that I am living the present and not just living the way the way I did in my former. In sharing my story I hope that my experiences will resonate with the ones you have. I hope that my words can help to realize that you're not in isolation. You have the potential to accomplish everything you desire. I wish you to live the best life possible and to die with no regrets since dying is the only thing that we are promised at the end of our journey.
